In order to achieve the desired goals, the participants are coached using real life situations based on experiences encountered in their working lives. This can be done individually, in groups and on all levels up to senior management.
The coaching sessions are always tailored to meet the needs of the individual employees, both with respect to the person’s personality and the demands of his or her job. For this reason, it is important that we meet with the participants beforehand to gather the necessary background information.
It is normally during this analysis phase that we are able to gain a clear idea of the objectives and the duration of our working relationship. We normally coach in small groups of between 2 and 4 participants. The maximum number in any one group is 6. We also coach individuals. Our coaching sessions usually end with feedback sessions involving all participants.
